Mora Ferenc Muzeum

This museum includes seasonal exhibitions and is also home to a range of cultural research including those in the fields of archaeology, ethnography, history and natural science. Founded in 1883 in a building of neoclassical style, the institute features collections of the former Director Mora Ferenc including personal items, furniture as well as photos. There are four other additional permanent exhibitions, with all others being updated on a seasonal basis.

Szeged Paprika Museum

Located between the two bridges spanning the Tisza, this museum is complete with two floors of exhibits that showcase methods of salami production. This includes a showcase of the cultivating, processing and packaging of Szeged’s “red gold” paprika. The lower level of the museum includes the salami factory, while the upper level includes the history of production of Szeged paprika.
