Wembley Stadium
Situated just next to the London Designer Outlet, Wembley Stadium is the largest football stadium in the UK and the second largest in Europe after Camp Nou stadium in Barcelona. It has 90,000 seats and reaches a height of 134 metres.
Many final games are played at the stadium such as the FA Cup final, League Cup final and the Community Shield. This is also the main location for England’s national games. As well as games, you can also take a tour of the stadium, which gives you a behind-the-scenes look at the changing rooms, royal box and the players’ tunnel. Tours are available for booking online here.
You can reach the stadium from the Wembley Park tube station, which is about a 5-minute walk away from the stadium. There is also plenty of accommodation around the area to stay during important games, as travelling will be difficult during those times.
